We expect that some clothes may fade, stretch, shrink, and wear to various degrees.  This can be expected after multiple washes and wearing,  regardless of if they are a decorated top or not.  Although we try to provide clothing that is fade and wear resistant; it is not guaranteed that fading/wearing will not occur.
 
The Elite Group will be happy to exchange any defective clothing within 30 days of receipt.

Scrubs from programs can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt as long as they have not been worn or washed.  However, please note that any exchange requests will incur an $8.00 fee to cover restocking costs as well as any costs to ship your new order out to you (effective 8/1/2012).

General Use Scrubs (colors different from program scrubs) cannot be returned. 


All returns and exchanges MUST be approved by Customer Service at The Elite Group and must be accompanied with a copy of the packing list when returned to allow for faster returns, exchanges, and credits to your card.  If your return is not approved, it may take up to three weeks to be processed. 

Credits to your credit card may take up to a week depending on your banking institution.
